　　Auto parts industry
　　There are more than 400 automobile production and spare parts enterprises and has taken on the product advantage featured by the large and medium-sized passenger coaches in the main as well as the semi-trailers and special-purpose vehicles. The production of automobile accessories and fitting, among which the diesel engines, cylinder liners, piston rings, fuel and water tanks have been developed into a considerable scale. GIP has become the production base of the hydraulic oil tank, vehicle-use radiator, vehicle-use sensor, safety bar, vehicle lamp, vehicle chair, vehicle wheel, vehicle hardware and adornment and the automobile accessories and fitting for the special-purpose vehicles and light trucks.

　　Electronic information industry
　　Situated at the riverside area and the junction between Shanghai and Nanjing IT industrial belt along the Yangtse River, Yangzhou is an important production base and a research & development centre of the electronic industry in the middle and northern Jiangsu. There are a number of state-level electronic research institutes such as NO.723 Research Institute and more than 50 enterprises specialized in the production of electronic components and equipment. Yangzhou has become the research and development as well as the manufacturing base for the hi-tech industries such as the electromechanical integration, micro electronics, computer, telecommunication and software. The main electronic products in GIP are communication terminal equipment, LED, solar devices, electronic apparatus, meters, integrated circuits and electronic elements.

　　Yangzhou machinery manufacturing industry covers six major categories such as forging machine tools, hardware tools, tannery machines, power equipment and metallurgy machines, etc. The enterprises represented are Yangli Group, Jiangsu Jin Fei Da Electric Tools Co. Ltd. and Young-pearl Tannery Machinery Company. GIP has become the machinery assembling place for the metallurgy industrial boiler, set machine equipments and packing machines, hydraulic machines, power equipment, fine-precision hardware and high-precision steel tubular products.

　　 Commerce & trade distribution
　　The commerce & trade zone with a total area of 2.5㎡is located in the central area of Guangling new city. It enjoys convenient transportation and geographic prestigious location. This area is planed to construct a large-scale malls, research and development center, office building and distribution center, etc. Jinsheng International Commercial Square with the total investment of 1.5 billion Yuan and Mingfa Commercial Square with the construction area of 400,000 ㎡ have taken the lead to settle down.

　　Real Estate Development Industry
　　The residential area is located along both sides of the Grand Canal and Liaojigou River, which covers an area of 3000 Mu (about 2 million square meters), and enjoys excellent ecological environment. At present, the Oriental Famous City Residential Area has been completed, which covers 400 mu (about 266 thousand square meters). And the uptown along the Liaojiagou River with 1000 mu (about 667 thousand square meters) is ready to be developed
