In line with the general planning of GIP, this land at the east side of GIP covers 1200 mu which is national class-one ecological preservative zone, the first class residential area for human settlement.

   Type of construction: Combination of detached houses, row-detached houses and apartments;
Scale of the construction: About 1 million square meters in area, human settlement of 20,000 people.
Financial investment needed: 1.5 billion Yuan

3. About the land: Located at the east side of Nanjing-Nantong expressway inside GIP, this land covers 100 mu which is planned to construct workshops and relative facilities for the small and medium-sized enterprises, for lease, sale and management.

4. Financial investment needed: about 0.1 billion Yuan

5. investment turnover rate: 20%

6. Construction period: 1.5 years.

7. Tentative cooperative suggestion: GIP offers the land and set up a joint venture to invest and construct. After completed, the JV either runs the business of its own or GIP buys or rents it according to the fixed investment turnover rate.
